- When you contact us, we collect the name, work email, company, and any additional information you choose to provide. We may also collect standard website analytics such as page views, device or browser information, and referral source.
- How we use it
- We use this information to respond to your request, evaluate product fit, plan a technical or security review, improve the website, and protect the site from abuse. Oliver does not sell personal information collected through this website.
- Service providers
- The site uses Google Analytics for website measurement. Contact form submissions are transmitted through FormSubmit to Oliver email recipients. Those providers process information on our behalf under their own service terms and privacy practices.
- Retention
- We retain inquiry information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain the business relationship, satisfy legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Website analytics are retained according to the settings of the analytics service.
- Your choices

- Data you load into an OliverDB instance is Customer Content, not website data. How we handle it depends on where OliverDB runs — in our Cloud, in your own Kubernetes cluster, or inside your Snowflake account — and is set out in the full Privacy Policy.
